Submission

                        Deadline for submissions extended to 24th of January 2020.

You can submit the following types of contributions:

  • A complete symposium
  • A single paper presentation
  • A single poster presentation

A symposium should consist of 3 paper submissions and a discussion led by a 4th contributor, or 4 paper submissions. Researchers presenting in the symposium should be from at least 2 different universities. Abstracts for a group symposium should include an overarching statement (max. 250 words) and abstracts for each presentation (max. 250 words each).

Individual presentation will be scheduled in the format of a Flash Talk (5 minute presentations with 5 slides maximum).  More detailed information on Flash Talk presentations will follow. You should submit an abstract of max. 250 words. 

Conference attendees are allowed to submit 1 paper presentation (either in a symposium or a single paper presentation) and 1 poster presentation. We want to emphasise that both senior and junior researchers (including Research Master students) are encouraged to submit!

Decisions will be announced by March 1st 2020.
A limited number of submissions can be selected for individual spoken presentations. If you submitted for a spoken presentation but could not be selected, we may invite you to present a poster instead.
